Group training
Would you like us toyou like us to come to your stable/ridingschool/company to give group lessons?
Make an appointment with us for a groupsession. We will together with you choose a type of exercise that fits you and your group. 1-2 hour long sessions depending on the size of the group. We will give you and a group training session to maximize strenght and mobility of the team. To prevent pain and stiffness in muscles and joints.
We can also give group educations in how to use your body as ergonomic as possible during your work in the stable.

At this moment our physiotherapists are in progress to finish the Post HBO education to become qualified physiotherapists for animals. Which means; In the future we will be able to not only treat you as a rider but also in combination with your horse, this to reach optimal results for you as team.
Nerveless our interest to keep your horse healthy and fit is very high. We do sell some handpicked products made by scientists with backgrounds in sport. Specially made for horses for an optimal performance during and recovery after sport.
As a rider you are a athlete, this means you need a strong healthy body which works for you, pain free and fit, on daily basis. There are ways to stay healthy and fit yourself, such as good food and exercise, but many of us will need some help from a professional physiotherapist once in a while, to stay in optimal shape. There are a number of things we can do for you as a rider to ensure that your body stays in top condition;
Massage:
Sport massage before a show/training to prepare the muscles for performance and to create optimal tone and flexibility.
Sport massage after a show/training to help the muscles recover, get rid of waste products and prevent muscle ace.
Relaxing massage; A good relaxing massage will not only help your body but also your mind to calm down and get some well-deserved rest after a long day or week.
Stretching:
Give tips & examples on different ways for you to stretch your muscles, to stay mobile and prevent stiffness.
Stretch your muscles for you, to reach a greater effect from the stretching and to stretch specific muscle groups.
Exercises:
Give tips & examples on different ways for you to train specific muscle groups: to get a better position on your horse or to prevent misbalance in strength within muscle groups.
Individual exercises programs; We will write an individual exercise program for you which you can use at home on daily/weekly basis. We will try out all the exercises with you to assure correct execution.
Rehabilitation:
We will help you to get back in the saddle after an injury or complaint. Ankle, knee, neck, back, shoulder: the area or injury can differ but will all fall under our areas of expertise. By making an assessment and forming an individual treatment plan we will do our best to have you back in the saddle as soon as possible.
